Feever Privacy Notice

This notice explains the core data practices for Feever during public beta and creator onboarding.

Information we collect

We collect account details, authentication data, character preferences, conversations, prompts, generated content, token balances, subscription status, device signals, and support messages you choose to send.

AI conversations and memory

Feever may store messages, conversation state, and selected memories so characters can continue a conversation. Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, medical, identity, or confidential information with AI systems.

Payments

Payment details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe when configured. Feever stores payment status, customer identifiers, plan metadata, and token records, but does not need to store full card numbers.

Creators and likeness rights

For official creator AI experiences, we may process creator onboarding details, licensing records, public profile assets, payout details handled by providers, and rights-management communications.

How we use data

We use data to operate the app, personalize AI conversations, protect safety, prevent fraud, process payments, provide support, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

We may share limited data with infrastructure, database, analytics, payment, AI model, messaging, moderation, and support providers only as needed to run Feever. We do not sell private conversations.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and conversation data while your account is active, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, except where security, chargeback, fraud, tax, or legal obligations require retention.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, objection, or restriction of your data. Account export and deletion controls are available in settings.
