Feever Terms of Service
These terms are written for the public beta of Feever. They should be reviewed by counsel before large-scale paid launch or creator onboarding.
Adult-only access
Feever is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. By using Feever, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access fictional adult AI content.
Fictional AI characters
Most characters on Feever are fictional AI experiences. They are not real people, therapists, financial advisers, medical professionals, or emergency services. Conversations can feel personal, but they are generated by AI systems and should not be treated as professional advice.
Verified Twins
Verified Twins may only be published when the creator or rights holder has given permission to Feever. Creators can contact creators@feever.app for onboarding, removal, licensing, payout, and likeness questions.
Prohibited content
You may not create, request, upload, or share content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, non-consent, sexual violence, threats, doxxing, hate, illegal activity, or attempts to impersonate a real person without authorization.
User content and moderation
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, characters, and messages you submit. Feever may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts when we detect abuse, safety violations, fraud, or rights issues.
Payments and tokens
Paid features, tokens, and premium access are digital services. Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable outside Feever, and may be subject to expiry, usage limits, fraud checks, or platform rules described at checkout.
Account controls
You can export or delete your account data from your account settings. Deleting an account is intended to remove your account, stored conversations, characters, sessions, and memories, subject to legal, security, and payment record retention needs.
