About coworker AI characters

A coworker character shares your workplace in the story: the same kitchen, the same deadlines, the same meetings that could have been messages. That setting gives the banter its shape: shared shorthand, sympathy after a long week, the walk to get lunch. Every colleague here is fictional and 18 or older, made by AI, with a backstory that includes a job of their own, and the story is about two adults connecting outside the job description.

Browsing by profession is easy here, because search looks at roles: type executive or investigator and see who works in that world. Filters adds age, style and personality. A confident colleague takes charge of the meeting, a playful one survives it with jokes. The one-line hook sets the situation, such as a project that runs late or a team night out, and the profile fills in the rest.

Chat after work, or during it. Guests can send 10 messages altogether, a free account 30 a day, and Premium lifts that limit, within a fair-use guard. Say what the situation is, an office party or a late deadline, and the character takes it from there. Memory notes stay short, basics like your name and tastes, and the memory panel lets you edit or delete them.

Questions, answered

Are coworker stories set in an office?
They are set wherever you and the character work. The hook on the card shows the setting, and you can move the scene by saying so in the chat: after-work drinks, a conference trip, a late night at the desk.
Can I talk about my own job with a coworker character?
Yes. You can mention the project that is eating your week or a meeting you are dreading, and the character answers in the tone of its profile. Keep anything confidential from your employer out of the chat, as you would with any online service.
Does a coworker story have to be a workplace romance?
No. Banter, lunch breaks and shared complaints about the printer can be the whole story. If you want it to turn romantic, say so in the chat and the character responds in the tone of its profile. Coworker characters are fictional adults, 18 or older, and the story goes where you steer it.
What is the difference between a coworker and an executive or chef character?
Coworker is the relationship: the character shares your workplace in the story. Executive, chef and the other occupation pages describe what the character does for a living. One character can fit both, such as a coworker who is a chef, so use search to look for a specific role.
Is it free to chat with a coworker character?
You can start at no cost. Guests get 10 messages altogether, and signing up keeps the conversation. A free account then allows 30 messages a day, while Premium removes the daily cap, within a fair-use guard. Extras such as romantic messages are paid in feeves, and each price is shown before you confirm.
