Terms of Service

Feever is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use any part of the service. By using Feever you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• We ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older before you enter, and again before you turn on mature content.
• That confirmation is a statement you make to us, not an identity check. If we have reason to doubt someone’s age, or the law where you live requires it, we may ask for further proof or close the account.
• We close accounts that we believe belong to someone under 18, without notice, and we may remove their data.
• You must not use Feever if adult content, or AI companionship services, are unlawful where you live.
• If you are a parent or guardian, please use the parental controls on your devices and networks to keep minors away from adult services.

Feever lets you chat with AI characters, follow their posts, ask for images, and create characters of your own. Every character on Feever is fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, do not have real feelings, and are not employees, models or creators acting through the service. Their pictures, voices and messages are generated.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Some features, such as image generation or payments, may be unavailable in some places or at some times. When that happens we aim to say so clearly in the product rather than pretend a feature works.

Guest sessions. You can try Feever without an account. A guest session is created when you first take an action, such as sending a message. A guest can send up to 10 messages in total, after which we ask you to sign up. If you sign up, your guest chats, balance and media carry over to your new account. A guest session with no activity for 30 days is deleted, together with its data.

Accounts. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google. You must give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once through support@feever.app if you think someone else has used it.

• One person, one account. Do not share your account, and do not sell, rent or transfer it.
• Confirming your email address is how we know a message from us reaches you. When you confirm it, or when you sign up with Google (which has already confirmed it), your new account receives a one-time bonus of 10 feeves.
• You can sign out of all devices from Settings, and delete your account at any time (see Termination below).

Messages, memories, images and other content from characters are created by AI models. That means:

• It is fiction. Treat it as entertainment and roleplay, not as fact.
• It can be wrong, odd or inconsistent. A character may misremember something you said, contradict itself, or say something inappropriate. We work to reduce this but cannot prevent it.
• It is not advice. Nothing a character says is medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. Do not rely on it for important decisions.
• It is not a crisis service. If you are struggling or in danger, please contact local emergency services or a helpline. Our Safety page has links.
• It is not a replacement for real relationships. Please take care of your wellbeing and keep time for the people in your life.
• Characters can only “remember” what is stored as memory. You can see, edit and delete memories, and ask a character to forget everything, from the chat.

We use filters and moderation to stop content that breaks our rules, but no system is perfect. You are responsible for how you use what Feever produces.

You agree to follow our Content & Community Policy, which is part of these terms. In particular, you must not use Feever to create, request, upload or share:

• anything sexual or romantic involving a person under 18, or a character who is or appears under 18, or whose age is unclear;
• sexual content involving a person who has not consented, or non-consensual acts presented as real or as the aim of the content;
• the name, face, voice or likeness of a real person without their consent, including celebrities, creators and people you know;
• illegal content of any kind, including exploitation, trafficking (see our Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation policy), or instructions for crimes;
• incest, bestiality, or extreme graphic violence;
• hateful, threatening or harassing content, or other people’s private information.

You also agree not to:

• try to get around our filters, limits or age checks (for example, by using coded language or age-ambiguous descriptions);
• scrape, copy or mass-download the service, or use bots or automation that we have not approved;
• probe, attack or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with how it runs;
• use Feever or its output to build or train a competing AI product;
• commit payment fraud, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or exploit bugs to gain feeves or Premium;
• impersonate others or pretend to be Feever staff;
• use the service for spam, advertising or scams.

If you break these rules we can block content, remove it, restrict features, suspend or close your account, and, where the law requires or allows it, report you to the authorities. Some violations are zero tolerance and can lead to an immediate, permanent ban.

“Your content” means what you write or create on Feever: your messages, characters, descriptions, comments, prompts and anything you upload. You keep ownership of your content. You also confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.

To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt and display your content, and to send it to the AI providers that help us produce replies and media. We use this license only to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service, and to provide features you ask for. It ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons or that are in backups for a short time.

• Private by default. Chats and characters you create are private to you unless a feature clearly lets you share them. If you share something publicly, other people can see it.
• Characters you create. Every character you create must be an adult (18 or older) in every description and image. You must not base a character on a real person or on someone else’s protected character without permission. We may review, restrict or remove characters that break our rules.
• Moderation. We use automated checks and people on our team to enforce our rules, handle reports and keep the service safe.
• Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without paying or crediting you.

Feever’s software, design, name, logo, official characters and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own private purposes. You may not copy, sell or exploit any part of it beyond that.

Images and other media that Feever generates for you are yours to use privately and personally, subject to these terms and to the rights of others. AI output can resemble existing works and may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot promise that any output is unique or exclusive to you.

Feeves are a virtual currency you can use inside Feever to unlock certain things. They work like arcade tokens: you buy or earn them, and spend them in the service.

• No cash value. Feeves are not money, are not stored value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or services outside Feever.
• Not transferable. You cannot sell, gift, trade or transfer feeves, or accounts that hold them.
• A license, not property. Buying feeves gives you a limited, revocable license to use them in the service, not ownership of anything.
• Your balance and a history of every addition and spend are shown in your wallet. If you think something is wrong, contact us and we will check.

Feeve packs. You can buy feeves in packs. Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies.

Premium members get 10% off feeve packs. A new price never affects feeves you have already bought.

What feeves are spent on. The price of each action is shown on its button before you confirm. These are the current prices:

We may change these prices, and the packs, from time to time. A change applies only to things you buy or unlock after it, never to something you already paid for.

Free allowances (not feeves). Guests can send 10 messages in total. Free accounts can send 30 messages per day (the day resets at midnight UTC) and get 6 photo requests in total. These allowances can change.

Expiry. Feeves you buy do not expire on a timer while your account is open and in good standing. If we ever introduce an expiry (for example, for long-inactive accounts, or for promotional feeves), we will tell you at least 60 days beforehand and apply it only to feeves issued after that notice. Feeves are lost when an account is deleted or closed.

Refunds. Feeves are non-refundable once spent. Generations that fail are returned automatically. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.

Misuse. If we find that feeves were obtained by fraud, a payment dispute, or a breach of these terms, we may remove them from your balance and suspend your account.

Premium is an optional paid subscription. You can choose a plan:

While your Premium is active you get:

• No daily message limit. Free accounts have 30 messages a day. Premium has no limit, apart from a fair-use guard of 1,000 messages a day to stop abuse.
• Monthly feeves. 1,000 feeves each month on the 1-month plan; 1,200 feeves each month on the 3-month plan; 1,500 feeves each month on the 12-month plan. They are added to your balance once for each month of your plan. Feeves already added stay in your balance if Premium ends.
• 50 photo requests every billing month (free accounts get 6 in total). Unused photo requests do not carry over to the next billing month.
• 10% off feeve packs.

Automatic renewal. Premium renews automatically at the end of each plan period (every month, 3 months or 12 months, depending on the plan you chose) and your payment method is charged the price shown for that plan at that time, until you cancel. We will remind you before renewal where the law requires.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings (Premium and feeves, then Manage subscription), or by contacting support. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it or as set out in the Refund Policy.

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Feever can let one character message you first. When it does, it follows limits: only after you have been away for at least 24 hours, at most once every 24 hours, only between 10:00 and 21:00 in your local time, and never more than 2 in a row without a reply from you. You can turn these messages off, or choose who can message you first, in Settings.

Push notifications and promotional emails are sent only if you turn them on, and you can change your choices in Settings at any time. We may still send you messages that are essential to your account, such as email confirmation, receipts and notices about these terms.

If you apply to promote Feever and earn commission, the Affiliate Program Terms apply as well. The draft program pays 35% of what members you refer pay us, subject to those terms. For program questions, write to creators@feever.app.

Feever works with other companies to provide the service, such as payment processors, AI providers, email and hosting providers. If you choose to sign in with Google, or to connect another service, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for services we do not control. See our Privacy Policy for who we share data with.

You can leave at any time. You can delete your account in Settings (Privacy and data). This permanently deletes your account and the data tied to it, such as your chats and memories, straight away, and your feeves are lost. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it first so it does not renew; deleting your account does not by itself refund a payment.

We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or our policies, if we have to for legal reasons, if your use creates risk or harm for others or for us, or if we stop providing the service. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. We will not do so for zero-tolerance violations, which can lead to an immediate ban, and we may report them to the authorities.

When your account ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections that are meant to continue after that, such as those about your content, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will continue.

Feever is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that characters will behave in a particular way, or that AI output will be accurate, suitable or lawful where you are. We do not give any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Some places do not allow some of these exclusions. Where that is true, they apply only as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

You agree to be responsible for losses we suffer because you broke these terms, because of your content, or because you misused the service, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law where you live gives you the right to use your own local courts or protections.

Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at support@feever.app so we can try to fix it. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the service. If you keep using Feever after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using Feever and delete your account.

We record the version of the terms you accepted (this draft is version draft-2026-10) so we can show you what you agreed to.

• Whole agreement. These terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about Feever.
• If part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation.
• Things outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Language. These terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version applies.
