Affiliate Program Terms
Draft — pending legal review
This document is a working draft written for Feever. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch. Highlighted tokens such as {{COMPANY_NAME}} are placeholders for company details that are still to be confirmed.
These terms apply to anyone who joins the Feever affiliate program to earn commission by recommending Feever to other adults. They sit alongside the Terms of Service. The commission rates and dates are draft terms and may still change.
1. Draft terms at a glance
Draft terms
These program terms are DRAFT. The numbers below may change before launch, and nothing here is a promise of earnings until the terms are confirmed.
| Term | Draft value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Commission | 35% of every paid order | Feeve packs and Premium plans bought by members you referred. |
| How long it lasts | Recurring, for as long as the member stays attributed to you | Every later pack and every Premium renewal counts, not just the first order. |
| Attribution window | 30 days, first link wins | The first approved affiliate link a visitor opens is the one that is credited if they sign up. |
| Commission review period | 30 days | A commission stays pending for 30 days (the refund and chargeback window), then it is approved. |
| Payout schedule | monthly, net 30 | Paid once a month, for approved commissions from the month before. |
| Minimum payout | $50 | Below that, your balance carries forward to the next month. |
Referral links look like https://feever.app/?ref=YOURCODE, and attribution is remembered in a cookie called feever_ref (see the Cookie Policy).
2. The program and who can join
The Feever affiliate program lets you earn commission by telling other adults about Feever, through your own website, channel or community. You apply, we review the application, and if we approve it you get a personal referral code and link, and a dashboard with your numbers.
- You must be at least 18, and you must be allowed by the law where you live to promote adult services.
- You need a Feever account to apply. The application asks for your website or channel (optional), a description of your audience and how you plan to promote Feever, and the email address we should use for payouts.
- We may approve, decline or suspend any application or account. We do not have to give a reason, but we will tell you our decision.
- You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of {{COMPANY_NAME}}. You cannot speak for Feever, make promises for us, or sign contracts for us.
- Nothing here stops us from running other programs or from working with other promoters.
3. How a sign-up is credited to you
- Someone opens your referral link. If your account is approved, we record the visit and save a signed cookie in their browser.
- The cookie lasts up to 30 days. If they sign up for a Feever account while it is still valid, that account is attributed to you.
- The first valid link wins. If the visitor already has a valid referral cookie from another affiliate, it is not replaced by a later link.
- Attribution depends on the cookie, so it does not follow someone who clears cookies, uses a different browser or device, or blocks cookies. We cannot credit sign-ups we cannot see.
- No self-referral. You cannot earn commission on your own account, or on accounts that you own or control, or that use your email address. We do not credit those.
- We may decline to credit a sign-up we think is fake, duplicated, automated or otherwise not genuine.
- Visits before your account is approved, or while it is suspended, are not recorded.
4. Commissions
You earn 35% of the amount of each paid order made by a member who is attributed to you. That covers feeve packs and Premium plans, including later renewals and later packs, for as long as that member stays attributed to you and your affiliate account is in good standing. We call this recurring commission.
- A commission is created when the order is paid, and shown in your dashboard as pending.
- After 30 days, if the order has not been refunded or charged back, it becomes approved.
- Free feeves, bonuses and promotional credit do not earn commission, because no money is paid for them.
- Commission is worked out in whole cents, rounded down, on the order amount recorded by our payment system.
- We may agree a different rate or different terms with a particular affiliate in writing. If we do, that agreement applies to that affiliate.
Draft
Whether taxes and payment-processing fees are taken off before commission is worked out is not decided yet, and will be settled with the final terms.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Commission is only earned on money we keep. If an order is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.
- If the commission is still pending or approved, it is cancelled and removed from your balance. If it was part of a payout that has not been paid yet, the payout is reduced.
- If the commission has already been paid to you, we may take it off a later payout, or ask you to pay it back.
- We may also reverse commission on orders connected to fraud, stolen cards, abuse of our refund policy or a breach of these terms.
6. Payouts
We pay once a month. Each month, we add up your approved commissions from earlier months that have not been paid. If the total is at least $50, we create a payout and send it to you. If it is less, nothing is lost: your balance carries forward and is added to the next month.
- We pay to the payout email address on your application, using a payment method we will confirm with you. If it changes, tell us at creators@feever.app before the end of the month.
- All amounts are in US dollars.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information before we pay you, and we may withhold tax where the law requires it.
- If we cannot pay you, for example because your payout details are wrong, we hold the payout until you fix them.
- Questions about a payout: creators@feever.app.
7. What you must not do when promoting Feever
These are all prohibited. If you break them, we can withhold or reverse commission and suspend or end your account.
| Prohibited | Examples |
|---|---|
| Spam | Unsolicited emails, direct messages, comments or posts; bots or scripts that post or click for you; posting links in places where they are not welcome. |
| Misleading claims | Saying Feever characters are real people; promising earnings, or free feeves or Premium that we do not offer; hiding that Feever is adults-only, paid or AI; misstating prices, features or privacy. |
| Brand bidding and impersonation | Buying ads on the search terms “Feever” or similar, or on misspellings of it; registering domains, apps or social accounts that look like ours; pretending to be Feever or to speak for us. |
| Placements aimed at minors | Promoting on sites, channels, games, forums or accounts aimed at under-18s, or where under-18s are a large part of the audience; content that appeals mainly to young people. Promote only to adults, and in places that are properly age-restricted. |
| Incentivised sign-ups | Paying, rewarding or giving prizes, cashback, gift cards or your own feeves for signing up or buying; ‘loyalty’ schemes; sweepstakes; getting people to sign up without understanding what Feever is. |
| Cookie and tracking abuse | Dropping referral cookies without a real click, hidden or forced clicks, iframes or pop-unders, cookie stuffing, or changing someone else’s referral. |
| Self-dealing and fraud | Signing up or buying through your own link, with fake or duplicate accounts, stolen payment methods, or other people’s accounts; paying for traffic that is not real. |
| Rule-breaking content | Content that breaks our Content & Community Policy: anything involving minors, real people shown without consent, or other zero-tolerance material. Do not use images of real people to suggest they are Feever characters. |
8. Honest disclosure and the law
- Tell your audience clearly that you earn commission when they sign up or buy, in the way that advertising rules where you live require (for example, the FTC in the U.S. or the ASA in the UK). A clear note near the link, in the same language as your content, is best.
- Follow the laws about advertising, adult content, age restriction, privacy and electronic marketing that apply to you and to where your audience is.
- Use only the names, logos and images we provide for affiliates, and use them as we ask. Do not alter them.
- You do not receive personal data about the people you refer. Your dashboard shows only totals. Do not try to find out who they are.
9. Suspension and ending the relationship
- You can stop at any time by telling us. Approved commissions that are owed to you are still paid, in the usual way, once they pass the review period and reach the minimum payout.
- We can suspend or end your participation at any time, for example if you break these terms, if your promotion could harm Feever or its members, if you stay inactive for a long time, or if we end the program.
- While you are suspended, your link stops being recorded, and new sign-ups are not credited to you.
- If we end your participation because you broke these terms, especially the rules in section 7, we may cancel pending and approved commissions, and reverse any that are not yet paid.
- These terms continue to apply to the commissions already earned, and to anything you did while you were in the program.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, including rates and dates. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change that is bad for you applies, by email or in your dashboard, and a new rate only applies to orders paid after the change takes effect. If you keep promoting Feever after that, you accept the change. We record the version you accepted when you applied (this draft is version draft-2026-10).
11. Liability and governing law
The program is provided “as is”. We do not promise that you will earn any money, that our systems will always record every click, or that the program will continue. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings or indirect losses. The Terms of Service apply to the rest. These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}.
