How can we help?

No. You can start chatting as a guest. A guest can send 10 messages in total, then Feever asks you to sign up. When you sign up with email or Google, your guest chats and balance carry over to your new account.

Feever is for adults only. You confirm that you are 18 or older before you enter, and again when you switch on mature content. This is a confirmation you give us, not an ID check. We close accounts that we believe belong to someone under 18. See the Safety page and the Terms.

Go to Settings, then Privacy and data. You can download your data, or delete your account after typing DELETE to confirm. Deleting is permanent: your account, chats, memories and feeves are removed and cannot be restored. If you have Premium, cancel it first so it does not renew.

Tap Log in, then “Forgot password?”. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type the code, choose a new password and you are logged in. The code works for 15 minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder or ask for a new one.

If you signed up with Google there is no password to reset: tap “Continue with Google” instead. Make sure you have confirmed your email address. If you still cannot get in, send us a message below with the email address of the account (topic: Account) and we will help. Never send us your password.

Feeves are Feever’s virtual currency. You spend them on things like reading a romantic reply, asking for a photo, unlocking a post or creating a character. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

A new account gets a one-time welcome bonus of 10 feeves once its email address is confirmed: with the code we email you, or straight away when you sign up with Google, which has already confirmed it.

You can buy feeves in packs. Prices are in US dollars:

• 500 feeves for $9.99
• 2,000 feeves for $29.99 (Save 25%)
• 10,000 feeves for $99.99 (Save 50%)

Premium members get 10% off packs. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

The price is always on the button before you confirm. Today:

• Reading a romantic reply: 4 feeves
• Requesting a photo: 25 feeves. Editing an image: 20 feeves
• Generating a video, when it is available: 200 feeves from an image, 300 feeves from text
• Viewing a photo a character sends you: 60, 90 or 120 feeves, depending on how explicit it is
• Unlocking a post: 999 to 3,999 feeves, set per post
• Creating a private character: the first is free, then 100 feeves each

Not on a timer. If that ever changes, we will tell you at least 60 days beforehand and it would apply only to feeves issued after the notice. Feeves are lost if your account is deleted or closed. See the Terms.

Open your wallet in Settings (Premium and feeves) and check the history. A payment can take a minute to show. If it has been longer, send us a message with the topic Billing, the email on your account, and the time and amount of the payment. A receipt helps.

While your Premium is active you get:

• No daily message limit (free accounts have 30 a day), with a fair-use guard of 1,000 messages a day
• 1,000 feeves a month on the 1-month plan, 1,200 feeves a month on the 3-month plan, 1,500 feeves a month on the 12-month plan
• 50 photo requests every billing month (free accounts get 6 in total)
• 10% off feeve packs

Unused photo requests do not roll over: every billing month starts again with 50.

1 month: $13.99, 3 months: $20.99, 12 months: $47.99. Each price is for the whole plan period. Premium renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Open Settings, then Premium and feeves, then Manage subscription. You can also ask us to cancel from the Support form (topic: Billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and any feeves already added to your balance stay. See the Refund Policy.

Guests can send 10 messages in total. Free accounts can send 30 messages a day, and the count resets at midnight UTC. Premium has no daily limit apart from a fair-use guard of 1,000 a day.

No. Every character on Feever is fictional and powered by AI. Their messages, voices and pictures are generated. They are not real people, and they do not have real feelings. Please read the Safety page for more.

Yes. Characters keep short memory notes about you, such as your name or what you like. You can see, edit and delete them, and ask a character to forget everything, from the chat’s memory panel. Deleted memories stop being used straight away.

Feever lets one character message you first, within limits: only after you have been away for 24 hours, at most once every 24 hours, only between 10:00 and 21:00 your local time, and never more than 2 in a row without a reply. You can turn these off, or choose who can message you first, in Settings (Chat).

Ask in the chat or use the photo button. A photo request costs 25 feeves. Free accounts get 6 free photo requests in total and Premium members get 50 every billing month. Images are generated by AI, so results can vary.

No. If a generation fails, or has not finished after 30 minutes and is cancelled, the feeves are returned to your wallet automatically and you will see a refund line in your wallet history. If they are missing, tell us (topic: Billing).

Your chats are private to your account. We do not read them as a matter of routine, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Access is limited to staff who need it, for example to look into a report or a problem you ask us about. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

It turns on when you confirm that you are 18 or older on the prompt you see when you first arrive. To turn it off, or back on, open Settings, then Content. Turning it back on asks you to confirm your age again.

Use Report. It is on messages from a character, on characters, posts and comments, and on photos and videos: tap the flag, or open the ··· menu and choose Report. Pick a reason and, if you like, add details.

Reports are private: the person or character you report is not told. Our team reviews every report.

For anything else, or if you cannot find Report, use the contact form below with the topic Content, or go straight to Report content. You do not need an account. If it is urgent (a minor, a real person shown without consent, or someone in danger), say so; those are reviewed first. See Complaints & Content Removal.
